Dental Pain and Suffering

I have a single molar that needs to be removed. Overall there is quite a bit of dental work that needs to be done, however, the single removal is at the top of my list due to the PAIN and SUFFERING that it is causing. I am in Lakeand, Florida and have found a local office that might be able to remove it for approximately $170. This would include the whole visit, x-rays, etc. Unfortunately, I do not have the money sitting around. I will however have it on the 16th, ten days from now, but I have already been in constant pain for four days, and cannot wait another ten. The tooth is not abcessed, the pain is from a cavity that appears to have reached deep into the tooth. IT REALLY HURTS, ALL THE TIME. Tylenol and Ibuprofen are no longer masking the pain, PLEASE HELP

I have a severe toothache, its killing me...well maybe not, but i havent been able to sleep for the past 6 hours...its a tooth that i had gotten filled about 3 years ago, and the ache is weird because it only occurs when im not doing anything...if i eat or drink water, it goes away temporarily...because of this I am gargling cold water every time the ache comes back, which is now every 5 mins, and it provides temporary relief...I took advil and also applied some oragel but neither did much to help...I think i might need a root canal, only problem is that tomorrow is sunday and there isnt a dentist around that is open...Can anyone please help me? Any sort of pain relief idea would be great...I am assuming this isnt a normal toothache because it actually feels better when i eat or drink water. Thank you!

Very much in need of pro bono dental work.....

I just had a baby girl 3 months ago and my teeth have gotten so bad since being pregnant with her and even worse after having her.  I guess childbirth just does that to you.  I need help finding some sort of aid or a denist that will do the work pro bono in the east tx area.  I cannot afford to pay for the dental work upfront because I am staying home with my baby.  I would be glad to set up a payment plan though.  I am desperate!!!  It is very hard taking care of a baby with a toothache my daughter deserves a happy & healthy mommy.  Any help is greatly appreciated!!  THank You!
